Striving for a Tobacco-Free New Year!

We cannot ignore all of the facts and data that has been uncovered since the outbreak of the lung illnesses that have been associate with vapes and e-cigarette use. Vaping and e-cigarettes have the potential to be extremely harmful, ESPECIALLY to our youth! Most vape products contain nicotine which is highly addictive and can interfere with the chemistry of a child’s developing brain. Furthermore, the vapor in e-cigarette products can contain toxic chemicals and small particles that can damage your lungs and increase the risk of lung cancer and other lung diseases. With this new year around the corner, let’s make an effort to prevent our youth from even picking up an e-cigarette. Talk to them about the dangers of vaping and educate them on the harms of tobacco use.
