Several States Report Resurgence of Meth in Rural Areas

According to NBC News, there has been several reports of a resurgence of meth throughout the United States. There have been mention of resurgence of the drug specifically in rural areas of different states, such as Ohio, Texas, Minnesota, Montana, Oklahoma, Iowa, and South Dakota. Law enforcement officials claimed that meth typically does not receive the same amount of attention as opioids because it kills less people at a slower rate.  However, the resurgence of the drug could possibly raise more concerns than ever before.
