Saving Our Children!

April is

NATIONAL CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION MONTH!

During the month of April, it is important that we recognize the significance of families and communities working together to prevent child abuse and neglect. Child abuse and neglect are risk factors for mental health issues, like depression, which could lead to substance use and abuse showing up as children reach adolescence and adulthood. Therefore, it is important that we target our efforts to nurturing our children through preventing child abuse.

Revved Up Kids® is currently offering training workshops for tweens and teen girls regarding the topics of personal safety/self-defense and internet safety as an expression of these efforts and recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month! All trainings are FREE and VIRTUAL!
