“Lets’s Be Clear”… Cannabis is Our Concern!

Let’s Be Clear Georgia is a statewide collaborative that shares our vision and message surrounding substance use prevention among youth–specifically focusing on marijuana.

It is common knowledge that marijuana use can have a negative affect on mental health (e.g, increasing the risk of mental health disorders, anxiety, depression, aggression, psychosis, other severe psychological conditions, etc.) especially for youth whose physical brains are still developing! Let’s Be Clear Georgia is hosting their 7th Annual Cannabis Prevention Education Summit to further discuss the growing concerns surrounding youth marijuana use and the potential public health/safety implications that can can result.

Please join Let’s Be Clear Georgia on January, 28, 2025 from 1 PM – 4:30 PM EST! This event is free and virtual! It will include breakout sessions that will be discussing policy/legislation, strategies for harm reduction, and advocacy of increased public education on the harms associated with marijuana use, and more!
