In an era where technology makes it super easy and fast to to look up just about any and every thing, we have to utilize these same resources to spread accurate information and raise awareness! This is especially true when it comes to our youth who may be more easily impressionable by what is posted on the internet and in media (whether that information may be accurate or not ?). The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has some “Tips For Teens” when it comes to tobacco use that fact checks all the myths that have been circulating about vaping, e-cigarette use, and other forms of tobacco use. Check out what they have to say! Also, let’s do our part by sharing this information, so we can spread and raise awareness while also promoting youth tobacco use prevention!
